TERMS & CONDITIONS

 Once the order is placed it can not be canceled. And the customer need to arrange the payment with terms:

 1. At Sight L/C

 2. Telegraphic Transfer with 40% down payment then the balance 60% should be paid before shipment.

 Delivery order will be done approximately 8 - 12 weeks after the down payment paid or after receiving the opened L/C.

 Casa Java will not guarantee or take any responsibility if there is a damage caused by the transportation.

 In case of faulty goods, customer need to provide photographs then Casa Java will replace and the faulty goods will be shipped back to us by our 

 nominated freight forwarder.

 Any claims could not be deducted from the invoice.
